#Aol app for mac update
You guys need to do one update that fixes all the problems this app has. Who ever works on this app needs to fix this problem. Every day there is something wrong with this app, it needs to stop. I need this fixed for my job it’s important. When I get an email notification their is no name on the email telling me who it’s from. Hi, I have emailed you guys so many times about this and nothing has changed. Fix ASAP!!!!!!! star star_border star_border star_border star_border Problem with email notifications, no names. The app was fine before you guys did all these updates and made it horrible. You guys give the same answers every time I write an email/ review. This is affecting my job cause I can’t see who is emailing me in the notifications. I am sick of emailing you guys about this issue and nothing gets fixed. In the notifications it should only show who the email is from not the whole email in the notification. When I get an email it doesn’t show who the email is from. But I no longer feel safe or able to get assistance. Sorry I can’t give a better review at this time because I love aol. When I inquired about a change in the app I was told it can’t be done and to use a computer. I have too much mail and would like to select mail and mass delete as I could if I had a computer. I have been a member since the beginning and as a retiree from aol/TW have never been forced to pay.Ģ. I have attempted to contact aol but they only give assistance to paid members. And my other account will not open either. This makes me believe that someone else is using my accounts. Now each time I sign in it automatically signs me out if I leave it on it switch to another app on my iPhone or iPad.
